At idem Diamonds, we have developed an approach to source and distribute high quality jewellery and loose Lab Grown Diamonds to ensure you receive the best value and service.  We only offer real diamonds, these are not Moissanite or Cubic Zirconias. 

idem means ‘the same’ in Latin and because Lab Grown Diamonds have the same chemical, optical and physical properties as mined diamonds, they are the same. 

At idem Diamonds, we specialise in lab grown diamonds, and believe that giving diamonds a little help to grow is a benefit to us all.   There is far less impact on the environment, allows access to a diamond at a greatly reduced price, and supports the reduction in conflict diamonds.

Our store allows you to select an engagement ring, wedding ring, or piece of jewellery and then choose they gold type and lab grown diamonds.  You will purchase your jewellery for around a 70% cheaper than mined diamonds, and save the environment.

To allow even greater value for you we have developed an integrated supply chain so the diamond goes directly from the manufacture, complete with certification, and is then entrusted to you.  

All our loose diamonds come either certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), or the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

By having an online-only store we have no city office rent or high sales commissions to pass on, and you benefit.
